Job Role and Responsibilities
The Business & Information Systems Manager will play a key role in designing and monitoring information systems. Some typical functions include:
Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement and developing/implementing solutions.
Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Make technology-related reccomendations and decisions for hardware and software acquisitions.
Management of desktops, servers, websites, social media, office 365 and network infastructure.
Support all lines of business.
Bachelor degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of IT experience or equilavent combination of experience and education.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic design goals against immediate business objectives.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent database, workflow, and process documentation skills.
